Playing Didgeridoo

The didgeridoo can be played solo or together with other musical instruments. Any person, independently of age of physical condition can learn how to play didgeridoo.
Rodrigo’s workshops follow a structure of exposition-experimentation-perfectioning
  • in the first moment the students learn about the didgeridoo’s origins and aboriginal culture
  • step by step the students will get familiar with each technique and explore their relationship with the instrument
  • later the students learn the circular breathing which will allow them to explore further techniques.
Throughout the workshop topics like rhythmic composition, melody, individual musicality, how to choose a didgeridoo, aboriginal culture aspects and others are covered.
